Project Overview

Located in Wujiaqu, Xinjiang, China, this commercial recirculating aquaculture system is used for Pacific white shrimp grow-out in freshwater. The project has a system water volume of 480 m³ and 12 culture tanks, each measuring Ø6 m × 1.5 m. The project is operational.

YUTANK’s scope covered system design, main equipment manufacturing, on-site installation and commissioning. The system combines mechanical filtration, protein separation, biological treatment, degassing, oxygenation, disinfection and aeration.
